Barrister Afan Khan is the Founder and Managing Partner of AKLA Legal. A UK-qualified Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn holding an LLB (Hons) and LLM, he is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with extensive experience in constitutional, corporate, commercial, civil, taxation, energy, regulatory, and public sector litigation.
Over the years, he has successfully represented local and international corporations, government organizations, and private clients before Pakistan’s superior courts and specialized tribunals.
